The machine structure and function
This machine is mainly consisted of dye vat, fabric guide tube ,
nozzle , fabric hoisting system , heat exchanger , dyeing liquid
circulating pump , feeding bucket , charging pump out of the device
and electrical control cabinet , etc .
- Dyeing liquid storage tank part by vertical and horizontal tilting
part, it USES double nozzle and double fabric guide tube design
Fabric guide tube is placed outside the body for cylinder providing
greater storage space , smooth fabric guide tube and a specially
designed network make the fabric faster and more smoothly .
- Spray nozzle : adopt the overflow spill structure , the structure
of the special design make running fabric have stronger ability of
dyeing liquid penetration and feed . The nozzle is completely
surrounded by dyeing fabric and dyeing fabric in flabby condition
down to the nozzle tube , avoid fabric cottony phenomenon , thus
ensuring the quality of the fabric dyeing .
- Heat exchanger : horizontal shell and tube heat exchanger and
dyeing liquid filter into an organic whole , compact structure ,

conversion motor drive make operation and improve fabric roller

- Dyeing liquid circulating pump : dyeing liquid circulating pump is
